Cancellation Policy
60 days or more before 1st day of Retreat:
Receive full refund, less a $400 processing fee
59 days or less before 1st day of Retreat:
You can gift someone your space but there are no refunds at this point
Conditions:
Regarding Force Majeure: in the event anything happens at the Retreat or the Retreat is cancelled, directly or indirectly as a result of an any act of god, natural disaster, inevitable accident, fire, strike, lockout, or other labor dispute, riot or other civil commotion, act of public enemy, enactment, rule, order or act of government or governmental instrumentality (federal, state or local), failure of the Facility, or other cause of a similar or different nature not within that Soul Ranch’s control, Soul Ranch shall not be responsible in any way for anything whatsoever, including without limitation, death, injury, property and travel.
The aforementioned notwithstanding, with respect to a Force Majeure cancellation of the retreat, Soul Ranch, in its sole and absolute discretion, may provide participants with a comparable substitute event to attend as scheduled by Soul Ranch at the original locations or a replacement locations as determined in the sole discretion of Soul Ranch, and subject to price increases/decreases in the event of increased or decreased costs resulting from the changed itinerary.
Family emergencies, illness, acts of god, missed or delayed flights, passport or entry issues, or any other situation outside our control is not grounds for a refund and we are not able to make a transfer at that point. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of an emergency.

Because covid has surfaced in our lives, we are not able to offer refunds because of covid but we would offer credit to the next Soul Ranch retreat if you had to cancel because of covid.
